Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order on aquabossusa, you will receive a confirmation email indicating we have received your request and pre-authorized your credit card. Next, we verify with our suppliers that your item is in stock and ready to ship. If any product is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

2. Order Shipment

If your item is confirmed in stock, we will charge your credit card and prepare your order for shipment within five (5) business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking details within six (6) business days, please email us at support@aquabossusa.com.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States, except in certain cases (e.g., Canada) where the website allows you to enter a valid shipping address. If you are able to check out with your address, we will ship to you; otherwise, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate. However, please expect potential delays. Any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers for this change will be the responsibility of the customer—no exceptions.

5. Shipping Times & Delays

All shipping times provided by aquabossusa or our suppliers are estimates and should not be viewed as guarantees. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If a customer opts to cancel an order due to a shipment not arriving within the estimated timeframe, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other related expenses. Any customer filing a chargeback due to shipping delays may be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions.

6. Shipping Options

Curb-Side Pickup (Free): Your order typically arrives at your doorstep within 5–15 days after purchase.
Threshold Shipping: Your order is delivered onto your porch or into a sheltered area, such as a garage.
White Glove Delivery: Includes delivering the item to a room of your choice, minimal assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
