Cancellations & Refunds
At aquabossusa, we take pride in providing one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. You’re free to cancel your order at any time before it ships at no cost (with certain exceptions for custom orders as outlined below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, contact us right away so we can process a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. You can reach our team during business hours at (551) 304-7177, via the chat box at the bottom right of our site, or anytime by emailing support@aquabossusa.com.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. These products are made specifically to your specifications, and production begins as soon as your order is placed. Your warranty ensures you receive a fully functional product. If you are unsure whether your item is considered custom or made-to-order, please call or email us for clarification.
All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
If you need to exchange a product, you’re welcome to do so, but you (the customer) are responsible for any associated shipping costs during the return or exchange process.
Not every product is eligible for return once it has shipped. Because we source products directly from manufacturers, if a manufacturer does not accept returns, we are unable to offer you a return. Eligibility may vary on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if you want to confirm whether your specific product or brand allows returns.
Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright return will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping charges. If you are exchanging the product, we may be able to help cover some costs, depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the item to initiate a return. However, some brands or products have their own specific return policies that override our general 30-day return policy. Please check the product page for details.
Shipping Times
We do our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times listed on product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight partners, but they can change without notice. This may be due to supply chain issues, factory delays, high freight demands, or other factors beyond our control.
We ask for your patience and understanding should any delays occur. We appreciate your business and will keep you updated whenever possible.

By purchasing from aquabossusa, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any damage and take photos. Report any damage to aquabossusa within 24 hours of delivery. -
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of a replacement product in the event of a refund or exchange. -
Condition of Returns
Products must be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may be applied if items are opened or used. -
Order Departure
If your order has already shipped from the warehouse, you cannot receive a full refund. -
Shipping & Restocking Fees
If you choose to return your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fees, generally around 20% (though it can vary). -
Shipping Estimates
Shipping date estimates on product pages are just estimates and may change for reasons outside of aquabossusa’s control. -
Delays & Chargebacks
You agree not to cancel your order or file a chargeback solely because of shipping delays or revised estimates due to factors beyond aquabossusa’s control (e.g., manufacturer or logistics delays).
Damages
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery slip and take photos. If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the damage, the box, and the product’s SKU (along with a brief description) to support@aquabossusa.com within 24 hours of delivery. Freight damage claims must be filed within 24 hours; any punctures or visible external damage must be reported within that timeframe for a valid claim.
Warranty
Warranties differ by manufacturer. Refer to individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty coverage applies to issues arising over time from normal use. If an item arrives damaged and it isn’t reported within 30 days, it is not considered a warranty claim.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs or reconsignment fees that result from customer error.
Most of our products include guaranteed warranty policies, meaning you’ll receive a fully operational product without incurring extra costs. Please check individual product pages for details.
BOGO Promotions
In any “Buy One, Get One” (BOGO) promotion, both items must be returned together for a full refund. If you return only one item, you can opt for a replacement of that item or store credit for its individual value. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Chargebacks
We understand issues can arise, and our team is here to help. Our policies are designed to be fair and among the best in the industry. If you haven’t received a product or have a problem with a delivered item, please contact us first so we can assist with a resolution. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft, and we will pursue criminal liability in such cases. Let’s work together to find the best solution.
